2nd Day of School!

Savannah was very eager to get to school this morning. No longer scared or nervous,she had friends to see and games to play. She has been telling me that school is great. We are so proud of her! This morning she chose to be a car rider and would walk to class by herself for the first time. I was shocked, but tried to be encouraging even though I really wanted to walk her in. She got out of the car , told the teacher she didn't have her ID badge but knew where she was going and turned around and headed for the parking lot!!! The teacher redirected her and then she froze(Iwas watching and crying from my rear view mirror)As I continued to drive away I heard her little voice call out,"Bye Mama!" This was a really tuff morning for me but I am so proud of my Baby. I"m suppose to have lunch with her to today..hope I find her in her class and not in the parking lot!
